Frank Billingsley has been personally involved with building over 1000 decks and fences over the years and he still brings enthusiasm and professionalism to every part of Creative's business operations.
Jim has been with the company since 2008 and began his career as a production manager for the vinyl fabrication side of the business. Today he's general manager and active in sales and management operations. Give him a call with any questions.
Connor has been with Creative for several years. He has excellent planning and coordination skills making him "the brains" behind the operations of our construction side of the business.

Lindsey started at Creative as a receptionist and has developed into our office manager. Specializing in customer relations she excells at connecting and following up. She's a real go-getter when it comes to finding ways to get customers what they need.
Gary has been in the deck and fence building industry for the better part of his career. He has a vast amount of building knowledge and is sure to have a solution for any project.
Tom is the backbone of our entire opertation supporting all of the software we use every day to handle of our customers. He has his bachelors in information technology from UMBC.
