Bob Lehman and Frank Billingsley initially started Creative Deck Designs in 1986. Today, Creative Deck & Vinyl Products has grown, completing hundreds of projects each year with thousands of satisfied customers all throughout the Baltimore Metro area. We’ve been “building exceptionally” for over 35 years. All along the way we present our customers with the fairest possible price up front, and are committed to exceed expectations from start to finish.

Bob is a true creative entrepreneur. Since 1986. he's led the team at Creative to unprecedented growth by treating everyone like family, teaching and passing on his knowledge and skills to each member of the team.

Jim has been with the company since 2008 and began his career in vinyl fabrication. He attended trade school for engineering and majored in business in college.

Kyle began his long career with creative pulling orders in our warehouse. He has since promoted through the ranks to being our material sales manager.
