How It Works?

Step 1: Call , email or use our "Get it Installed" button to set up a free estimate

Step 2: One of our estimators will come to your home to Discuss your ideas, measure and write up an itemized quote.

Step 3: Once you have made your decision. We will put you into our schedule and promise you a time of installation and completion.

Step 4: We will then begin designing your project using 3D modeling software which will produce drawings for the permit office and our crews.

Step 5: We will apply for permits and your home owners association.

Step 6: Once we have the greenlight to build, we will have materials delivered hours before the install, followed by a crew who will turn your idea into a finished dream.

Step 7: We walk you around the finished project showing you all the features and make sure everything is perfect. Enjoy.

Creative Deck Designs and Fence just installed our new deck. When they originally came out, they layed out some great ideas. They even suggested a cement company to lay a patio under the deck. That took one day to complete. Once the deck was built, it looked great. They even had to break through a wall with a window, to install a sliding door. The door install team did a super job also. I thought I would have to paint after they were finished. To my surprise they did such a great job, no painting was needed. Wow.
